'I instruct you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths. Proverbs 4:11
Founded with a focus on uplifting rural girls and to provide wholesome education on Biblical lines, we at the CSI Ewart Women’s Christian College believe that true wisdom is the ability to listen to your heart and that each child's self-esteem, dignity, physical and emotional well-being must be cultivated with the same importance as that given to academic and material success.
The educational needs of today are very different from those of the past because of growing competition. With the progress of science and technology students must be equipped with skills required to face the challenges for the future. It is done easily if we create a suitable environment that is stimulating and purposeful.
The College therefore has undertaken a great leap in integrating information and communication technology into the class room teaching and learning process. We are constantly scaling new heights with excellent professionals, training our students so that they evolve as excellent individuals who have honed their skills in the microcosm of the College and are equipped to lead and inspire in the world.
We continue to mold generations who can serve and succeed not only in their respective careers but also in serving humanity and develop empathy and sensitivity towards the world at large. For inculcating the true spirit of humaneness, we constantly strive to create an atmosphere where the students may grow with a true spirit of tolerance and respect for all religions, reverence for elders, sensibility to their cultural heritage and courage to face the challenges of life.
I would like to end with the words of Albert Einstein:
'“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create.”As we continue to grow we create a conducive academic atmosphere, a good ambiance for effective, pleasant and better learning and for transforming students into better citizens.
As we strive to excellence we look to the Almighty for sustained grace and favor.
