The installation service of the newly appointed Principal Dr. Vasanthi Vijayakumar on 3rd September 2018 was an important milestone in the history of CSI Ewart Women’s Christian College. Madras Diocesan Council Members- Rev Dr.Manuel S. Titus ,Secretary , Dr.J. Samuel Cornelius , Treasurer , Rev.Samuel , Presbyter In-charge , East Tambaram Pastorate and Rev.John Dayanandan , Presbyter In-Charge, Melrosapuram Pastorate graced the service. The event was witnessed by many dignitaries, faculty members, pastors, well wishers and parents.
Rev Dr.Manuel S. Titus , Secretary, MDC, installed Dr.Vasanthi Vijayakumar as the newly appointed Principal of CSI Ewart Women’s Christian College followed by oath taking by the Principal. Dr.Vasanthi Vijayakumar addressed the gathering with her first official speech and thanked the Bishop and MDC members for selecting her as the Principal of CSI Ewart Women’s Christian College. The programme finally ended with the prayer and benediction Rev.Samuel , Presbyter In-charge , East Tambaram Pastorate.
