On the December 21, 2023, CSI Ewart Women’s Christian College hosted a vibrant and spiritually uplifting Christmas program.The event commenced with a heartfelt opening prayer led by Rev. A. Premkumar, the Presbyter in-charge of CSI St. Andrew’s Church, Melrosapuram, and College Chaplain.Dr. S. Florence Vijila, the Principal of CSI Ewart Women’s Christian College, extended a warm welcome to all attendees. Greetings were conveyed by Dr. S. Stephen Jebanesan, the College Secretary, and Rev. Jacqulin Jothi, the Presbyter In-charge of CSI Church of Jesus the Lord, West Tambaram.Mrs. D. Susan Caroline, Assistant Professor & Head of the Department of Microbiology, shared Bible reading. Rev. M. Enose, the Southern Area Chairman & Presbyter In-charge of CSI Church of Jesus the Lord, West Tambaram, delivered an inspiring Christmas message, reflecting on the significance of the season. The program featured captivating performances, including choreography by the College Choir, a Folk Dance and Christmas.The College Choir, Staff, and Supporting Staff filled the air with the joyous melodies of Christmas carols. Mrs. J. Linta Josephine, Bursar, Assistant Professor & Head of the Department of Commerce, expressed gratitude to all participants and attendees for making the Christmas program a memorable one.Rev. Suresh Tilak Kumar, Presbyter In-charge of CSI Church of Jesus the Saviour, Central Tambaram, led the closing prayer, offering blessings for the Christmas season.The festive atmosphere was further heightened with the arrival of Santa Claus, bringing joy and excitement to the participants, especially the younger members of the audience.
